We are available by phone Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM (Pacific Time – we are located in California). If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We are currently not accepting inquiries by text.
The best way to place an order is through the online cart and checkout process on our website. We will respond to confirm your order as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours, except weekends or holidays). We are currently receiving lots of emails and messages, and are working hard to respond as quickly as possible.

We have a 30 day health guarantee on all of our animals and would be happy to assist you with setting up your new animal. Please read our Care Page for the proper care and feeding of your Leopard Gecko. Many questions can be answered easily from this page. Also, please refer to the Adjustment Period Tips sheet that was included in the box with your gecko shipment.
Unfortunately, we are not able to answer any questions regarding animals you purchase from elsewhere (a pet store or another seller). We are not familiar with or know the history of this animal and therefore will not be able to assist you. We recommend you contact the person you purchased it from or a veterinarian if you think it has a medical issue (losing weight, not eating, shedding issues, etc.).
